These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.agenthb.ai (the "Site"), operated by Agenthub ("Agenthub", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. About Agenthub and the services

The Site presents the Agenthub platform. Use of the platform itself is governed by the service agreement between Agenthub and your organisation — not by these Terms. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users aged 16 or over.

3. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site other than through coordinated disclosure to hello@agenthb.ai;
• interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access non-public areas;
• scrape or harvest content or data at scale without our written permission;
• use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful material;
• misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos and software — are owned by Agenthub or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for your internal business evaluation. "Agenthub" and the Agenthub marks may not be used without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenthub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Agenthub against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for conduct that breaches these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Agenthub regarding the Site.
